Fellows School for Leadership Education (FSLE) Program
WIN Fellows School for Leadership Education (FSLE) Program

The vision of the Fellows School for Leadership Education (FSLE) is to equip nephrology postdoctoral and clinical fellows with the skills they need to thrive — both personally and professionally. The program focuses on building a strong support network through connection with WIN fellows and faculty mentors, fostering confidence in identifying one’s niche and securing a meaningful career path, and developing essential skills in leadership, conflict management, and mindfulness.
Participants engage in four interactive, 90-minute sessions led by expert speakers, designed to spark reflection, practical insight, and community. Over the years, FSLE has welcomed participants from around the world, representing a wide range of clinical and training backgrounds.
The program culminates in an in-person networking session at the WIN Leadership Conference, a chance to build lasting relationships and continue the conversation in person.
Applications typically open each spring. Stay tuned for updates on how to apply and join this growing global community of future leaders in nephrology.
Congratulations to the FSLE Class of 2025:
