About the Conference
The WIN Leadership Conference is a two-day, highly curated experience designed for women in nephrology who are ready to step into leadership, expand their influence, and shape the future of kidney care.
This is not a traditional conference. It is an intentional leadership room where nationally recognized leaders across academia, private practice, and industry come together to share how leadership is actually built, navigated, and sustained.
Participants will engage directly with division chiefs, program directors, clinical and research leaders, and physicians who have built careers across diverse pathways in nephrology. The conference will be held at the Yale Club of New York City, located in Midtown Manhattan directly across from Grand Central Terminal.
Hotels in the immediate area tend to be higher-priced due to the central location. Participants may choose to stay within walking distance or in nearby neighborhoods with easy subway access.

Transportation
The Yale Club of New York City is centrally located in Midtown Manhattan, directly across from Grand Central Terminal, making it one of the most accessible locations in New York City.
Arriving by Air
- LaGuardia Airport (LGA) – approximately 20–30 minutes by car
- JFK International Airport (JFK) – approximately 45–60 minutes by car or accessible via AirTrain and subway
Taxis, ride-share services (Uber/Lyft), and airport shuttles are readily available from all major airports.
Arriving by Train
Grand Central Terminal is located directly across the street from the venue and serves Metro-North Railroad lines.
Penn Station is approximately a 10–15 minute taxi or subway ride and serves Amtrak, Long Island Rail Road (LIRR), and NJ Transit.
