WIN Fellows School for Leadership Education (FSLE) Program

Fellows School for Leadership Education (FSLE) Program

The vision of the Fellow School for Leadership Education (FLSE) is to equip nephrology postdoctoral and clinical fellows with the skills that they need to succeed, including: having a support network of WIN fellows and faculty mentors, feeling confident in finding their niche and securing a job, and learning valuable skills in leadership, conflict management, and mindfulness. Participants explore these topics during 4, 1.5 hour sessions with expert speakers. This year, the FSLE program is delighted to include 11 participants from 6 different countries with diverse clinical and training backgrounds. The program culminates in an in-person networking session at the WIN Leadership Conference.
